What to expect:
We look forward to providing you with the highest quality of massage therapy services and assisting you in achieving your goals. On your first visit you will be greeted by our guest coordinators and will be asked to fill out a few general forms. Be sure to bring a picture ID so we can confirm your appointment. Your ID will also assist your massage therapist identifying you in our waiting room. Shortly thereafter, you will be seen by one of our licensed massage therapists, who will review your past medical history, identify treatment areas and discuss selected massage techniques that will be utilized during your session. During Your massage session, your therapists will be available to answer and address any questions or concerns you may have.
Attendance:
Massage therapy sessions are scheduled at 30, 60 and 90 minutes. Sessions are scheduled by appointment only, so please be on time. If you are unable to make your appointment for any reason, please kindly call our office and we will be happy to assist you in rescheduling your appointment. To secure an appointment for new clients, a VISA or Master Charge # will be required.
Fees: 30 minutes..........$40
60 minutes..........$70
90 minutes..........$95
Deep tissue..........available for an additional charge
Cancellation/No Show policy:
Our massage therapists and rooms are reserved for you, therefore, unfortunately clients will be charged a $25.00 fee for “no shows” or “cancellations” (less than 3 hours prior to their appointment) unless due to: 1) medical illness (accompanied by a doctor’s note), or 2) family emergency.
Dress Attire:
Please wear comfortable loose-fitting clothing. Showering prior to your session
is recommended. Avoid perfumes or scented lotions. Depending on the type of massage, your therapist will instruct you accordingly regarding clothing.
Family Members/Friends:
For safety, personal comfort and confidentiality reasons, children, family members or friends are not allowed in the treatment rooms or clinic area unless involved directly with therapy. We recommend that all non-clients remain in the reception area, or are welcomed to enjoy the stores in the mall while they wait for their family or friend.
