Mililani Physical Therapy, LLC treats patients with a variety of different musculoskeletal and neurological problems. A few are listed below:

On your first visit, you will be registered by our receptionist / clerk and will be asked to fill out some general forms. A picture ID and insurance card are required to complete your registration.
You will be evaluated by one of our physical therapists, and he/she will work with you to develop an appropriate plan of care to address your wellness goals. This may include physical modalities, manual therapies, therapeutic exercises, and a home program of exercises and suggested activity modification and self-management strategies.
Mobile PT Services:
PT services are available for patients who are appropriate for outpatient care, within the privacy of their own home. Servicing the Waipio Gentry Mililani, and Wahiawa areas. Other services include Home and Senior Fitness Assessments. Call for more details.
